Lifan 150

As far as dirt or pit bikes go, you can’t go very wrong with a Lifan 150cc bike. 150cc is a decent capacity for a pit bike or a dirt bike, with a decent torque and a fairly good speed. Though these bikes are not as powerful as a big 250cc bike, a 150cc bike can certainly give you an edge when it comes to free styling.

The lower the capacity of the bike, the lighter it will be. However, if the bike’s capacity is very low, like 50cc, its capabilities will not be so high. 50cc bikes are usually recommended for light competition and are mostly used by very young kids, perhaps 10 or 12 years old.

Whether you’re out on the open trail or just doing stunts, a good Lifan 150 or Braaapster 150 dirt-bike riders is the way to go. All good motocross racers share several important riding techniques that help them excel. They ride while standing with the middle of their feet balanced on the pegs. Leaning forward slightly, they keep their elbows out and always keep a finger or two on the clutch and brake levers. It won’t do to stay too far from the brakes.

On muddy surfaces, they shift the weight toward the back of the bike. On loose surfaces, good bikers throttle up to prevent fishtailing of wheels.

However, even with the best of biking know how and tricks, no motocross racer can succeed at achieving glory without a great bike under them. It all starts with a great bike, such as a Lifan 150, a Braaapster 150, or a Honda.
